Focused Accountability Barrier Breaking (F.A.B.) Step Program

Healthier You Assessment

F.A.B. Step 1

At Renee Health I review current states of your health, past medical history, family history, social history and habits, personality type with each client. We then work together to set achievable and measurable goals. 

Healthier You Action Plan

F.A.B. Step 2

During this phase each client gets a Kitchen and Grocery Reset. I work with each client to establish a self directed plan to accomplish the goals established in Step 1, with accountability and follow up.  

Overcoming Obstacles and Barrier Reset

F.A.B. Step 3

Together we will identify barriers in the following categories: mindset, time management, environment. Then we will work together to develop self-directed solutions to negative barriers and monitor success.

The Fed, Fit & F.A.B. Coaching Program will help you reach weight loss goals, reduce and manage stress and improve chronic health conditions (eg. high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, tobacco abuse, etc).  There are group and 1-on-1 programs available.

The F.A.B. Program will provide a health cheerleader offering accountability, encouragement and support to empower you to develop healthy lifestyle practices to achieve your wellness goals.
